Bay Splash, doing business as Ecocenter at Heron's Heade Park, respectfully requests an Action Grant to conduct a free one day community event focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math: Bay Splash. The event inspires and promote civic engagement at beloved San Francisco location in Bayview Hunters Point.

The second annual pay splashes and eco-friendly, community engagement event aligned with Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math projects and activities. This year's event will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017. This free event takes place at the eco-center Heron's Head Park, an environmental justice community center in Bayview and at the adjacent NOW Hunters Point, the community space located on the side of the former Power Plant. Bay Splash gives the San Francisco community a unique opportunity to learn about the environmental justice and literacy, urban sustainability community revitalization and how to live more in environmentally focused through fun and engaging activities for all ages.
